  • For non-custom items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss exchanges or refunds.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

 

Care & Handling

  • Handle your jewelry with care and store in a dry, soft-lined box or pouch.
  • Avoid harsh chemicals, moisture, and excessive sunlight to preserve stones and metals.

Shipping & Fulfillment

At The Zen Den Shop, each piece is crafted with care and intention. I aim to get your treasures to you as smoothly and swiftly as possible.

 

Processing Time

  • Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.
  • Custom orders are crafted uniquely for you, with fulfillment times determined on a case-by-case basis. You will receive a personalized update with your estimated shipping timeframe.

  • Standard shipping is available across the United States. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

 

 

  • We happily offer international shipping! Because customs, shipping rates, and fees vary by destination, please contact me via email at TheZenDenShop@Gmail.com to arrange a custom shipping label.
  • International shipping costs and any applicable fees will be calculated and provided in a separate quote prior to shipment.
