- For non-custom items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss exchanges or refunds.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

- Handle your jewelry with care and store in a dry, soft-lined box or pouch.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, moisture, and excessive sunlight to preserve stones and metals.

At The Zen Den Shop, each piece is crafted with care and intention. I aim to get your treasures to you as smoothly and swiftly as possible.
Processing Time
- Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.
- Custom orders are crafted uniquely for you, with fulfillment times determined on a case-by-case basis. You will receive a personalized update with your estimated shipping timeframe.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard shipping is available across the United States. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
- We happily offer international shipping! Because customs, shipping rates, and fees vary by destination, please contact me via email at TheZenDenShop@Gmail.com to arrange a custom shipping label.
- International shipping costs and any applicable fees will be calculated and provided in a separate quote prior to shipment.
